Safety
Our safety program helps us eliminate workplace accidents and injuries and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. We conduct annual formal safety meetings and regular informal meetings to update employees of potential hazards and safety rules. We want our employees to go home to their families safe every night.
To ensure our work environment remains safe the following safe guards are in place.
• Pre employment and random drug and alcohol testing
• Regular review of driving records.
• Pre trip inspection of trucks completed daily by all drivers.
• Annual company training
• Mentor Driver Training
History
Brink Redi-Mix, founded in 1984 was acquired by the Hawkinson family in January of 2004. Hawkinson Redi-Mix operates out of a new plant in the Grand Rapids, MN area.
We offer a full line of redi-mix, concrete and aggregate products, and our trucks deliver quality concrete for everything from residential driveways to large commercial and industrial sites in the greater Grand Rapids area.
Our committment to our customers and employees shows in the way do business and the high ethical and production standards we uphold.
